Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING COSTS NETHERLANDS
We use the following rates for shipping / delivery costs for the Netherlands:

We do not charge delivery costs for orders above € 50.00
Orders under € 50.00 we charge € 4.99 DHL, € 5.99 PostNL

DELIVERY TIMES
We only deliver after approval of payments via IDEAL and credit card.
After payment you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days.
Our orders are delivered via DHL.

EXCEPTIONS
During extra busy periods such as the holidays, different delivery times may apply for all delivery options.

RETURN ORDER
You can return an order by post within 14 days of the receipt or collection date.

You must return the ordered products and any samples received in good and unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.
